Sales Executive / Sales Representative

• Build good rapport with customers, identify business opportunities, negotiate, and follow up on deals.
• Prepare quotations, track delivery progress, manage goods returns and complaints.
• Carry out action plans such as making regular calls / visits, taking orders, and monitoring sales to reach targets.
• Provide insights on competitor activities and products by updating reports.
• Respond to customer feedback and follow up on resolving complaints.
• Handle and collect payments from customers timely.
• Coordinate with various departments on customer-related matters.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
