Job descriptionJob Summary : We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Support Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and solutions to clients, ensuring the effective operation of software systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in support services, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members. Provide expert-level support to clients through various channels (phone, email, chat). Diagnose and resolve complex software and system issues, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements. Document support cases, track issues, and maintain a knowledge base for future reference. Train and mentor junior support consultants, sharing best practices and technical knowledge. Conduct client training sessions and prepare user documentation and FAQs. Act as a liaison between clients and development teams to communicate technical requirements and feedback. Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to provide informed support.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a software or IT consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of software applications, databases, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and expectations effectively.
- Familiarity with SAP Business One is a plus.
Qualification :
Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree
