We are now looking for a motivated HR Manager to join our team in India and play a key role in building and supporting our global talent base while ensuring smooth office operations in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition : Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across different regions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent worldwide.
• Oversee onboarding to ensure a smooth integration for new hires globally.
• Office & People Operations : Oversee day-to-day office management and act as the primary HR contact.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
• Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate training, development, and well-being programs.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR documentation for employees.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR policies and practices across international offices.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, retention strategies, and organizational development.
• Act as a bridge between the office and global HR functions to ensure consistency and alignment.
