Responsibility
1)Responsible for ensuring that the company's goals and objectives are achieved.
2)Responsible for determining, and implementing the company's strategic direction to generate income and increase the company's value.
3)Managing and enforcing the effective and viable use of human resources.
4)Responsible for forming and leading the management group of the Company based on the aspirations of its establishment.
5)Ensure that the company operates according to the scope and jurisdiction as per the objectives of its establishment.
6)Responsible to the Board of Directors of the Company in implementing any decisions and instructions of the Board of Directors from time to time.
It includes :
Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement high-level strategies, make high-stakes decisions, build corporate alliances, and drive the adoption of company culture, values, and behaviours.
Team Development & Leadership : Assemble, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team. Foster a collaborative and respectful internal culture that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
Operational Oversight : Oversee the total operation of the Company, aligning with the direction established in strategic plans and ensuring efficient resource management.
Performance Evaluation : Monitor the organization's performance towards strategic objectives, initiating corrective actions and adjustments as necessary.
Business Development : Identify potential acquisitions, partnerships, and deals to expand the business while driving its profitability and growth.
Qualifications :
1)At least a Bachelor's Degree with honors from a higher education institution recognized by the government.
2) Candidates holding a Master's Degree in Business Management is an advantage.
3)Minimum 10 years of professional experience in senior management and company administration with preference to candidates with experience in managing educational and training / related companies.
4)Having high leadership characteristics, entrepreneurship, strategic thinking and competence in business organization management
