Japanese Cuisine / Omakase

Looking for aspiring Japanese Cuisine Chef (Sushi Counter / Omakase settings) that willing to work abroad - Hong Kong in high end Japanese restaurant

Start Date : Immediate

• Job Requirements

Age : Under 45 years old

Language Required : Must be fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (all three required)

Experience : Minimum of 5-10 years experience in Japanese cuisine, sushi counter / kitchen

Skills & Special Requirements : Basic knowledge of Japanese ingredients, with strong interest in Japanese food culture

Shift System & Hours : 11 : 00 - 15 : 00 / 17 : 00 - 23 : 00

Daily Working Hours : 10 hours (including meal break)

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range : HKD 20, ,000 per month (depending on experience & ability)

Bonus / Commission : Performance based bonus depending on business results

Other benefits :

Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) contributions (employer & employee) (Hong Kong's EPF)
