Credit Control Manager

Lead and oversee the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of receivables across multiple jurisdictions and business units.

Develop and implement credit policies, risk assessment frameworks, and collection strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debts.

Engage with key internal stakeholders and high‑value external clients to resolve complex billing disputes and negotiate payment arrangements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, system enhancements, and process reengineering.

Key requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in credit control management.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and resolve high‑stakes disputes.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑building capabilities, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment. Independent and self‑motivated but also work with the team.
• Recognized Degree / Diploma in business preferable.
