Job Summary

To assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the IT Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan and relevant activities related to it. Responsible for assisting in the overall coordination of the IT Continuity & Disaster Recovery Plan to ensure the readiness of the IT applications and infrastructure for business continuity during disaster events. To support the implementation of ISMS in ensuring the enforcement of policies and procedures within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, updating, and implementing the disaster recovery plan.
• Assist in the technical testing and IT Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan regularly.
• Support in identifying gaps, issues, potential threats, and vulnerabilities that could disrupt operations based on the disaster recovery plan.
• Coordinate with other departments within the IT operations to ensure all are prepared for a disaster.
• Assist in conducting regular briefings to create awareness of the disaster response.
• Assist in assessing the effectiveness of the IT Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan regularly.
• Supporting in creating a report for the annual simulation and communicating the findings with the stakeholders.
• Assist and support the ISMS certification and implementation within the divisions.
• Responsible for the integrity and accessibility of the documents created within the divisions.
• Supporting the risk assessment and business continuity management activities within the divisions.
• Responsible for audit coordination within the divisions as and when required.
• Assist in following up and engagement with the stakeholders for related tasks assignment.
