The main purpose of the position is to provide application support to internal and external customers and resolve technical issues.

What we deal with : Troubleshooting, escalating, resolving all internally escalated application errors / new feature requests / any general inquiry relating to any Cartrack telematics platform (both internal and client facing).Doing this for all Asia Pacific countries on a daily basis.
