Job description

Process customer DO / Invoice

Coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely deliveries

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, walk in etc

Maintain accurate customer records, documentation and process improvement

Familiar with Autocount, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word

Experience in this field is added advantage

Minimum SPM or equivalent

Able to speak and write Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a must as need to serve Mandarin speaking clients
