Asst Facilities & Management Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Asst Facilities & Management Manager to join our team at Sri Bestari International School in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day facilities management and operations of our state‑of‑the‑art education campus. You will play a vital role in ensuring our school environment is safe, functional and well‑maintained for our students, staff and visitors.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee the facilities maintenance team, contractors and service providers
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to proactively address facility needs
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, solar power and security
• Coordinate projects and renovations to improve the school's facilities and infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Manage budgets and procurement for facilities‑related expenditures
• Respond promptly to facilities‑related issues and emergencies
• Collaborate with school leadership to identify and address facility needs
