Serve as the primary contact for tenants across multiple properties, handling property and tenant concerns, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring prompt rental collections and related property matters
Coordinate the scheduling of meetings and conferences for the MD, including invitations, reminders, and preparing minutes
Review documents requiring the Director’s signature and coordinate with relevant departments
Prepare and draft correspondence, memos, and official letters as needed.
Assist in preparing, compiling, and reviewing reports and documentation requested by the Director.
Maintain records of important documents such as share certificates, trust deeds, and other legal or financial records.
Liaise with payroll personnel regarding driver and caregiver salaries, allowances, and overtime processing.
Handle company insurance matters, including policy applications, claims, and inquiries.
Prepare and submit personal income tax documentation for the Director.
Assist with personal errands, household affairs, and managing expenses such as credit card claims and household maintenance.
Arrange travel plans, including flight bookings and accommodations.
Oversee personal insurance policies, vehicle maintenance, and household-related affairs.
Support various ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the Director.
