Overview
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to join our LED Module Repair Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s LED repair and maintenance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell LED module repair and related services to new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on potential leads.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage and respond to customer messages and inquiries on social media platforms .
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for management review.
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales experience , preferably in electronics, LED, or service-related industries.Diploma or higher education qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.Eager to learn , self-motivated, and result oriented.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Possess a valid driving license and own transport (preferred).What We Offer
