Senior Sales Manager – Audio Visual

Job descriptionIdentify and secure new business opportunities within enterprise, commercial, and corporate sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and industry partners. Oversee high-value contract negotiations to ensure profitable outcomes. Lead, mentor, and develop a results-driven sales team, setting KPIs and performance benchmarks. Conduct regular training to enhance product knowledge and consultative selling skills. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AV technologies. Provide insights to improve solution offerings and maintain a competitive edge. Partner with engineering, project management, and marketing teams to deliver client-centric AV solutions. Ensure alignment between sales strategy and operational capabilities for seamless project execution. Strategic planning, sales forecasting, and business development expertise. Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to drive results. Exceptional negotiation and contract management capabilities. Advanced communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement. Technical understanding of AV solutions including system integration, control systems, conferencing, and digital signage. Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial capacity within the AV industry. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of leading AV brands and technologies (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Logitech).
