Assistant Marketing Manager (Property Developer) Assist in strategically planning, proposing, and executing marketing and promotional initiatives — including product launches, advertising campaigns, events, and brand promotions — to strengthen project visibility and market positioning.
Event & Sales Launch Coordination :
Coordinate and support the execution of key marketing events such as sales launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns to drive traffic, increase engagement, and achieve sales targets.
Marketing Collaterals & Content Review :
Review and provide input on marketing materials, advertising content, and media communications prior to launch or event execution, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with project objectives.
Work closely with the sales team and appointed sales agencies by providing logistical and operational support during marketing campaigns and events. Assist in monitoring sales conversion processes, including LOA approvals, SPA signings, and related documentation.
Collaborate with creative, digital, advertising, and media agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials that align with the Company’s branding and promotional goals.
Regulatory Submissions & Compliance :
Assist in preparing, submitting, and monitoring project-related documentation to relevant authorities (e.g., APDL, Borang 7F, NAPIC) to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Marketability Enhancement & Strategic Support :
Provide market feedback and contribute insights to the Head of Department to enhance the marketability and profitability of existing projects, as well as support planning for upcoming developments.
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience , preferably in sales and marketing, communications, or digital marketing within the
Real Estate / Property Development industry .
Proven ability to coordinate marketing activities and events, with strong organizational skills.
Analytical, resourceful, and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with
IFCA
or similar property-related software is an added advantage.
