Job descriptionMinimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Public Relations or equivalent. Minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant experience, relevant experience is an advantage. Developing communication, writing, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, result oriented. Fluent in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is considered an advantage. Analytical thinking and good PR skills. Competency in MsExcel, result-oriented, communication skills
Job Responsibilities
- Assist Head of Portfolio Management Department ("PMD") in the execution of departmental goals and contribute to sales campaigns in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide support in feedback collection for product improvement through communication with FIs and non-FIs.
- Contribute to periodic business reviews and analysis of Portfolio Guarantee (PG) / Wholesale Guarantee (WG) performance under supervision.
- Assist in collaboration with partner banks to optimize portfolio ECL and enhance eligibility criteria.
- Support the generation and analysis of reports on Portfolio Guarantee performance, business income, and NPL reviews.
- Assist in financial institution query resolution, performance reviews, and ad hoc signing ceremonies.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain positive relationships with FIs and non-FIs.
- Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.
