Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Head of Portfolio Management Department ("PMD") in the execution of departmental goals and contribute to sales campaigns in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide support in feedback collection for product improvement through communication with FIs and non-FIs.
  • Contribute to periodic business reviews and analysis of Portfolio Guarantee (PG) / Wholesale Guarantee (WG) performance under supervision.
  • Assist in collaboration with partner banks to optimize portfolio ECL and enhance eligibility criteria.
  • Support the generation and analysis of reports on Portfolio Guarantee performance, business income, and NPL reviews.
  • Assist in financial institution query resolution, performance reviews, and ad hoc signing ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain positive relationships with FIs and non-FIs.
  • Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Public Relations or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant experience, relevant experience is an advantage.
  • Developing communication, writing, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, result oriented.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is considered an advantage.
  • Analytical thinking and good PR skills.
  • Competency in MsExcel, result-oriented, communication skills
