Junior Account Executive

Role Overview

The Junior Account Executive at Nose plays a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations across the company. You’ll assist in managing daily accounting tasks, from processing payments and tracking sales proceeds to maintaining up-to-date financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing both retail and e-commerce transactions. You’ll work closely with the finance team to support reporting, reconciliation, and overall financial efficiency within the brand.

Key Responsibilities

1) Accounts Payable

• Process supplier payments, staff claims, and customer refunds accurately and on time.

2) Accounts Receivable

3) Bank Reconciliation & Record Keeping

4) General Accounting Support
