Assistant Facilities Manager role at JLL

Position Overview : The Assistant Facilities Manager supports the JLL Facilities Manager in delivering exceptional facilities management services to our clients. This role helps oversee daily operations, maintenance, and functionality of client facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and productive work environments aligned with JLL's high standards of service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support integrated facilities management by assisting with daily operations, maintenance coordination, and service delivery to clients.
• Help implement facilities management technology platforms and reporting systems to track maintenance activities and analyze performance metrics.
• Assist in coordinating approved vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with procurement procedures and client-specific requirements.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives by supporting energy efficiency programs and green building practices at client sites.
• Conduct regular facility inspections using quality assurance protocols to identify and address potential issues.
• Support development of client-specific service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor performance against these agreements.
• Participate in emergency preparedness and business continuity planning for client facilities.
• Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring using financial management systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and client-specific policies.
• Coordinate special projects and workplace experience initiatives aligned with Future of Work strategies.
