FULL-TIME CLINIC ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration, appointments, medication dispensing, and payments effectively.
• Sales and Marketing - promoting our Cellular, Knee, Wound, Cancer Rejuvenation treatments.
• Handle cash and panel claims daily.
• Maintain clinic filing systems and conduct monthly stock-taking to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist our Doctor with treatments, medical examinations and medical procedures.
• Ensure premises cleanliness indoors and outdoors, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.
• Foster cultural competence to maintain a welcoming environment for diverse patients, leveraging communication skills to navigate into medical tourism effectively.
• Enhance customer service by providing excellent service with Computer Literacy, Communication Skills, and using of Customer Relationship Management.
