Mission

To understand the Human Resources requirements in the business unit and provide support, advice and expertise to meet business needs for managers and employees of this unit.

Main Responsibilities

• Understands short / medium / long term business requirements and advises the most appropriate HR solutions.
• Provides advice to managers and employees on HR policies, practices and employment legislation.
• Builds a strong business relationship with the business unit and transfers HR requests and solutions accordingly.
• Works with COE and line managers in delivering HR processes and ensuring implementation of P&C projects.
• Implements best practices and supports HR process delivery at the unit / area.
• Identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes to cover risks.
• Acts as a performance improvement driver and promotes positive changes in people management.
• Collaborates with Industrial Relations Partners on IR matters.
• Identifies and implements new managerial development methodologies with supporting tools when applicable.
• Oversees application of International Mobility policies when applicable.
• Ensures compliance with labor law and social security where applicable.
• Ensures data integrity in HR systems.
• People engagement : counsels and advises employees to improve morale and culture.
• Collaborates with leadership to identify talent, close gaps, and grow capabilities.
• Holds in-depth Talent Management experience.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
