The Opportunity :
We are hiring 2 HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support Agoda’s teams.
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Customer Experience Group will serve as a proactive and insightful business partner to Agoda’s Customer Experience Group organizations. For the Commercial function will be a strategic and proactive partner to Agoda’s Supply and Strategic Partnerships teams.
In this Role, you’ll get to :
- Closely partner with (senior) managers, embedding within the business units to deeply understand the business and organizational strategy, culture, talent landscape, and other people aspects.
- Define, shape, and deliver a compelling People Roadmap which will enable us to deliver high-impact People programs and solutions.
- Move beyond transactions by anticipating business needs and implementing proactive, scalable, future-proof HR solutions that drive long-term value.
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making, track and measure the impact of people initiatives, and provide stakeholders with actionable intelligence.
- Serve as a change agent, supporting organizational transformation and continuous improvement efforts.
- Lead talent identification, retention, and development, talent reviews, and succession planning to build a strong leadership bench and a future-ready workforce.
- Drive strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and change management to ensure Agoda remains agile, competitive, and ready for the future.
What you’ll Need to Succeed :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.A minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in HR Business Partnering roles.Demonstrated experience embedding People and culture into business leadership, ideally at scale and in a fast-paced, global environment.Ability to flex between company-wide strategy and tailored solutions for specific business groups, with a strong business partnership mindset.Skilled at aligning and connecting HR functions, building strong relationships, and driving collaboration across teams.Expertise in leadership effectiveness, engagement, talent management, rewards, succession planning, and organizational design.It’s Great if you Have :
