Job descriptionProven experience as an HR leader or regional HR manager, ideally within industrial or technology sectors Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives to business objectives Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices across multiple countries Skilled in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management Effective communicator and influencer, able to build strong relationships with senior leaders and diverse teams Adaptable and proactive, comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments Demonstrated ability to lead change management and foster a positive organisational culture Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making Mid-Senior level Full-time Human Resources Industries
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute regional HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage talent acquisition and onboarding across multiple countries
- Lead employee development, training, and performance management programs
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in each country
- Drive organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives regionally
- Support change management and organisational development efforts
- Partner with business leaders to align workforce planning with operational needs
- Oversee HR policies, processes, and systems implementation across the region
