Position : Manager, Corporate Planning (Chinese-speaking)

Location : Malaysia

Salary : Up to RM 11,000 basic + Benefits + Bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Planning Projects : Own and manage business planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance metrics (KPIs).
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership : Act as an individual contributor and work closely with the Senior Manager / President to drive key corporate projects forward.
• Set and Monitor KPIs : Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness and success of key business initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and seamless project execution.
• Strategic Initiative Management : Oversee corporate projects, focusing on operational efficiency and delivering results.
