Job descriptionDiploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field Must be fluent in the Malay language Experience in telemarketing / sales is a strong advantage Motivated by earning potential Immediate availability to start work Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products / services and assess their needs. Work with sales and marketing teams to create effective outreach plans. Meet monthly sales goals to support company growth objectives. Maintain high service standards during client interactions. Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by management. Deliver persuasive presentations to showcase tailored products / solutions. Document customer interactions accurately and manage the sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
