You will play a key role in managing integrated campaigns, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent creative execution. This role demands a collaborative team player with a deep understanding of brands, consumers, and culture, one who can inspire others, drive projects forward, and deliver commercial results.
Strategy : Facilitator of Insight
- Understand brand-specific target audiences, business goals, and market trends.
- Work with planners to shape briefs that are grounded in cultural and strategic insights.
- Contribute to strategic development by recognizing insights and connecting them to brand objectives.
- Confidently articulate the brand’s role within the client portfolio and competitive landscape.
Ideas : Champion of Creativity
Support and stimulate creative thinking and collaboration across teams.Write clear, compelling creative briefs that inspire great ideas.Demonstrate sound creative judgment throughout the campaign process.Provide relevant references and context to enrich ideation and concept development.Craft : Realisation of the Idea
Oversee execution of creative output across all media, ensuring work meets brand requirements and quality standards.Guide internal teams and external partners (e.g. production houses, media owners) in bringing ideas to life.Stay up to date with award-winning work and best practices across the industry.Process : Delivering Excellence
Lead and coordinate project timelines, feedback loops, and approvals across stakeholders.Anticipate potential challenges and provide proactive solutions.Ensure clear, timely communication between internal departments and client partners.Maintain documentation and reports including WIPs, budgets, cost estimates, and contact reports.People : Agency Ambassador & Team Leader
Represent the agency professionally and foster trust with clients at all levels.Guide, mentor and supervise junior team members (Account Executives, Interns).Collaborate effectively with creative, strategic, and media teams.Manage upwards and across departments to ensure smooth project flow.Profit : Commercial Acumen
Understand agency processes that affect profitability. This will include scope, timelines, and resources.Monitor project budgets, cost controls, and billing accuracy.Negotiate estimates with clients and vendors where appropriate.Support new business efforts through research, proposal preparation, and participation in pitches.LI-EW1
