The role :
As part of the relationship management team, you will manage a portfolio of top-tier clients with a focus on nurturing the existing relationship whilst developing and actioning account plans. You will understand and anticipate the client's needs to grow and deepen the relationship through driving new commercial opportunities that deliver mutually beneficial business outcomes. The individual in this role must possess strong leadership and influencing skills, with a demonstrated track record of influencing and empathizing emphasising with business leaders and key decision-makers within the client organisation. Negotiation and communication skills are critical, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst managing multiple priorities.
In your relationship capacity, you act as a key client escalation point, lead and oversee key programs of work, manage contractual matters and work with internal stakeholders to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
Your efforts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and adoption of the Proxymity platform will require close collaboration with all Proxymity business functions, including senior management, business development, legal, product, marketing, operations, and technology.
