Job Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities across Malaysia, especially within logistics, import / export and cross-border trade sectors
- Acquire and manage clients through door‑to‑door outreach, field visits and business networking
- Build partnerships with logistics companies, freight forwarders, importers / exporters and other B2B trade ecosystem players
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers, effectively communicating the features and benefits of XTransfer’s cross-border payment solutions
- Represent XTransfer at national trade shows, conferences and industry events
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Travel within Malaysia to meet clients on site
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field3–5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales , preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or cross-border trade sectorsFluent in Malay, English and ChinesePrior experience engaging clients from import / export, shipping, or logistics industries is an advantageValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsProven track record of achieving sales targetsHigh emotional intelligence, empathy and customer service mindsetSelf‑driven, goal‑oriented, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environmentSeniority Level
