Job descriptionManage and monitor network access in Pusat Seberang Maklumat Nasional Digital (NADI) and ensure equipment is always ready. Monitor network health and performance using SolarWinds Network Monitoring System. Prepare and submit monthly reports on internet utilization and availability. Assist in troubleshooting network issues and participate in implementation activities. First-Level Assistance – Provide timely and effective support by delivering relevant information and escalating issues to higher technical teams when required. Perform routine preventive maintenance and support for network-related equipment. Respond to incidents, outages, and emergencies to minimize disruptions. Collaborate with IT engineers in the development and maintenance of network technologies. Ensure compliance with IT policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and system documentation. Communicate effectively with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions. Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and prepare reports on customer technical requirements. Work closely with IT teams for system operations and technical tasks. Assist in managing the network system budget and financial planning. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the company.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic / Information Security, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in networking (routers, switches) with strong understanding of protocols such as TCP / IP, and solid knowledge of security tools.
- Familiar with TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Firewalls, with hands-on experience in network monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
