Job descriptionTrebuie să fi urmat o formare / aprenetisaj ca patiser, cofetar sau să aibă studii într-o școală culinară specializată în patiserie Minimum 2–3 ani de experiență culinară în unități de 4 sau 5 stele, hoteluri sau nave de croazieră Trebuie să aibă experiență și cunoștințe în producția de produse de patiserie, deserturi naționale și internaționale, prăjituri, produse de cofetărie și în prezentarea farfuriilor Respectarea standardelor de igienă conform regulilor și reglementărilor HACCP Asigurarea unei comunicări bune și respectuoase cu superiorii și subordonații Comportament adecvat în fața pasagerilor și a echipei Responsabilitate deplină pentru poziția atribuită la bord, conform ghidurilor companiei Mid-Senior level Full-time Management and Manufacturing Internet Publishing
