Architectural Manager

Job descriptionExperience in working in a variety of different projects : high-rises offices, hotels and residential buildings, amenities (not limited to warehouse, factory and hospitals), shopping complexes and completed at least 2 projects from its inception. Good leadership with an ambition to grow a team and the ability to work independently and creatively. Familiar with implementation experience with 5S, ISO 9001, BuildQAS, QLASSIC (and CIS7 : 2021) and OSHA 45001, with hands-on knowledge Knowledge in BIM (Building Information Modelling) would be an added advantage Formulate micro work schedule and construction programmes in accordance with the project requirements and specifications. Identify trades and able to execute works sequential order to ensure compliance with established building specifications and required quality Evaluate, manage and Coordinate design specifications, construction drawings and shop-drawings for approval or recommend changes in design including identifying suitable materials and equipment for the architectural works construction techniques. Assist to conduct negotiations with Sub-contractors to determine the method for construction services, wherever required Coordinate and assign duties to down liners to ensure smooth work operations Ensure contractors NSC and DSC meeting all contractual conditions for performance. Formulate, execute and clear all events of inspections (inspection Test Plans – ITP) and advising Consultants (and Clients and Project Manager – HOP) so that latent and patent defects can eliminated totally
Requirements :
- Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Architecture or School of Technology (Construction or Building / Interior Design)
Working Background :
Technical Assistant (Architect Firm – more than 15 years)
