Overview
Associate, Sales Development position focusing on hardware sales. Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (KL Office located at Menara TRX). Onsite role.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation for Sales (Prospect qualification, Scheduling meetings, meeting tracking, product and solutions presentation)
- Identify leads and conduct lead management
- Successful execution of permanent and segment specific telemarketing campaigns
- Ensure a good level of understanding and knowledge of products and services, improving and maintaining knowledge to address customer queries accurately
- Answer product inquiries via phone, chat and email following policies and procedures
- Generate quality leads following the company sales qualification process
- Gather client feedback and business pains to provide appropriate solutions
- Provide full support to clients following protocols focusing on quality standards
- Give accurate information to customers while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude
- Input accurate information into the customer management system to properly initiate the sales process
- Meet and exceed established sales goals
- Refer clients to appropriate teams or escalate concerns beyond the scope of support; monitor and update client requests
Knowledge Management
Share knowledge with colleagues through direct communication or updating knowledge sharing toolsProactively research problems and solutions and share information with the teamPrepare performance and other reports requested by supervisorsPerform other tasks assigned by management within competenceFollow up all operational issuesTraining and Development
Support less experienced colleagues on the desk through joint work, monitoring, feedback and knowledge sharing to provide clients with high quality supportCoach team membersRequirements (MUST HAVE)
Minimum 1 year in Sales / Lead generation related experienceMinimum 1 year experience in Account ManagementMinimum 1 year working experience in IT Industry or with good IT knowledge on Server, Storage, Network, etc.Minimum 1 year experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolExcellent communication skills both verbal and written in local language and EnglishStrong communicator, strong organizing abilities and process-oriented work styleSpecialist Expertise (preferred) - Interest in Technology and willingness to learn more about assigned systems technologiesExperience working in a team-based environment and supporting the team to achieve high quality standardsPlanning & Organizing - ability to multitask, plan and prioritize workloadExperience of dealing with clients and ability to work with virtual teamsResilience and ability to work on own initiativeProblem solving and troubleshooting skills; ownership to achieve deadlines and targetsOther information
