Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Selangor, Malaysia for a Case Coordinator. The Case Coordinator will be responsible for managing cases, providing social work services, and ensuring effective communication with clients. They will also handle customer service inquiries and assist with insurance-related matters.

Qualifications

• Case Management and Social Work skills
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Insurance processes
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field
