Cantonese Service Advisor (George Town) — Agensi Pekerjaan JobScoper Sdn. Bhd. Responsibilities
Provide support on orders, deliveries, payments, product pre-orders, and technical issues. Deliver excellent customer service via phone, chat, and other channels. Troubleshoot smart devices, PCs, tablets, and mobile OS issues. Accurately record customer interactions in internal systems. Maintain professionalism and composure under pressure. Collaborate with team members and share best practices. Job Requirements
Bachelorâs degree or diploma in any discipline; fresh graduates welcome. Minimum 6 months customer support experience preferred. Proficient in English and Cantonese (speaking, reading, writing). Strong interest in technology and troubleshooting. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn. Willing to work on rotational shift basis. Can relocate to George Town area. Job Benefits
