About the role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at SELECTIVE BEAUTY TRADING Co., LIMITED'. In this full-time, office-based role in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to reach and engage target customers
• Overseeing the creation and distribution of compelling marketing content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials
• Analysing marketing performance data to identify trends and insights, and continuously optimising campaigns to improve results
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth
• Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals
