About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and data-driven Operations Specialist to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) operations, reporting, and enablement functions.
In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our GTM team – ensuring sales, marketing, and partnership activities run efficiently, guided by accurate data, standardized processes, and actionable insights.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and enable teams with the tools and training they need to execute effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Streamline GTM workflows, systems, and data to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and analyze data related to territories, accounts, targets, and performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business metrics.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and business units to align GTM activities and processes.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements or new tools.
- Support training and enablement initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of GTM processes.
- Maintain strong data governance and ensure reporting accuracy across platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.2–5 years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM roles within a technology or enterprise software environment (SAP experience is a plus).Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (preferably SAP or Salesforce).Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and drive process efficiency.Seniority Level
