Operations Specialist (GTM Operations, Reporting & Enablement)

Hybrid mode

Basic salary : RM5500 – RM6000 per month

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and data-driven Operations Specialist to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) operations, reporting, and enablement functions.

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our GTM team – ensuring sales, marketing, and partnership activities run efficiently, guided by accurate data, standardized processes, and actionable insights.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and enable teams with the tools and training they need to execute effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Streamline GTM workflows, systems, and data to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and analyze data related to territories, accounts, targets, and performance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business metrics.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and business units to align GTM activities and processes.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements or new tools.
  • Support training and enablement initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of GTM processes.
  • Maintain strong data governance and ensure reporting accuracy across platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM roles within a technology or enterprise software environment (SAP experience is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (preferably SAP or Salesforce).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and drive process efficiency.
