Retail Stylist Manager

The Role

As our Retail Stylist Manager , you will be the heartbeat of our store — leading the team, driving sales, and ensuring that every guest walks away with a meaningful and personalised experience.

This is a role for someone who blends sales leadership, operational excellence, and a love for people and design . You will guide the floor team, maintain a beautiful store environment, and grow lasting client relationships, all while supporting the expansion of a homegrown Malaysian brand .

It’s also a chance to grow alongside a young brand, where your contributions will directly shape our retail journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example in styling and guiding clients through collections
• Build strong client relationships and a loyal community
• Drive sales conversion and achieve monthly store targets
• Operations & Store Excellence
• Ensure store performance, inventory flow, and visual merchandising standards are consistently upheld
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly and reflect Inari’s mindful luxury ethos
• Support event activations, in-store styling sessions, and community initiatives
• Recruit, train, and mentor retail stylists / floor team members
• Build a positive team culture of passion, purpose, and accountability
• Monitor performance and provide regular coaching / feedback
• Reporting & KPIs
• Track and report on sales, inventory accuracy, and clienteling KPIs
• Partner with management to develop growth strategies and customer engagement
