Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to manage, maintain, configure, and optimize our ServiceNow platform daily.
Job Title : ServiceNow Administrator
Working hours : Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (Hybrid)
Employment Type : 1 year fixed term third party contract
Responsibilities
- Platform Management : Ensure the stable operation of our ServiceNow instance, including upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.
- Configuration & Development : Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business needs, and develop related functionalities (e.g., workflows, scripts, reports).
- Support & Training : Provide technical support and training to internal users, and create relevant documentation.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement platform enhancements to boost efficiency and user experience.
