The Marketing Innovations Team identifies and develops new marketing channels with high growth potential. This team is data-driven, creative, and focused on at-scale marketing programs that keep Agoda at the forefront of new and emerging channels. The team blends analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists and collaborates with experts from around the world. What you’ll do

Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda's new and emerging marketing channels Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends; translate data into actionable insights Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A / B tests), and build structured analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions Partner with various business functions to identify opportunities and interpret trends in complex data using tools such as SQL or Tableau Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management What you’ll need to succeed

5–7 years of experience in data analytics or related projects involving big data; preferably in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Statistics / Math / Engineering / Economics and Finance is a plus Strong analytical skills and proficiency with BI tools and data warehouses (e.g., SQL, Tableau, MS Excel) Innovative problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-changing environment Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to create impactful presentations Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels Nice to have

Experience in digital or social media marketing Experience with hypothesis testing, statistical analysis, and Python / R for data manipulation Company and role details
