Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Delivery Solutions (Pre-sales) located in Kuala Lumpur. The individual in this role will be responsible for leading pre-sales activities, including solution architecture, consulting, and team management. Daily tasks will involve working closely with clients, developing tailored IT solutions, and managing a team to ensure the successful delivery of services. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and sales acumen to drive business growth and meet client expectations.

Main Responsibilities

• Leading and Mentoring :

Leading a team of pre-sales solution consultants.

Working with the sales team to understand client needs and developing tailored, innovative, and commercially viable technical solutions.

Creating and delivering high-impact presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients. The goal is to showcase the value and feasibility of the proposed solutions.

Acting as a key technical advisor during the sales process and addressing client questions and concerns.

: Collaborating with delivery and engineering teams to ensure that proposed solutions are realistic, scalable, and align with company capabilities.

Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and the competitive landscape.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of the pre-sales process and tools.

: Participating in client negotiations and contract discussions as the technical lead
