Client Servicing Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills. In this role, you will be the bridge between clients and influencers, ensuring the smooth execution of influencer marketing campaigns and sampling review programs. You'll manage day-to-day communications, proposals, campaign coordination, and reporting while keeping a keen eye on timelines, deliverables, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, etc.).
• Coordinate with influencers : outreach, onboarding, content briefing, timeline management, and approvals.
• Monitor campaign progress and ensure timely content delivery and posting.
• Review and validate influencer content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and compliance standards.
• Track and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and sentiment.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
