Job Purpose
To independently handle the execution and coordination of client campaigns, ensuring accurate, timely and high-quality delivery across all project components. This role is responsible for day-to-day project management and plays a key role in client satisfaction and internal alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned client projects from start to finish, including brief-taking, quotation preparation, timeline coordination, and status updates.
- Liaise closely with internal teams (Creative, Ops, Production) to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.
- Participate in brainstorming, proposal preparation, and on-ground execution planning.
- Act as the key contact point for client communications on assigned accounts.
- Prepare documentation such as purchase requests, WIP reports, and campaign summaries.
- Coordinate on-site arrangements for events, installations, or activations as needed.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve internal workflows and campaign processes.
- Support the Account Servicing Manager in managing larger-scale projects or key clients when required.
