Overview

We are looking for a responsible and friendly Front Desk Officer (Night Shift) to join our hotel team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations during the night and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs professionally and efficiently
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel systems
• Monitor security and safety of premises during night hours
• Prepare daily reports and update records using Microsoft Word & Excel (basic level)
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
• Perform multitasking duties including phone handling, email replies, and walk-in guest support
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Ensure smooth handover to morning shift staff
