Laborotory Assistant

About the role

As a Laboratory Assistant at WG SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's quality assurance and control processes. Based in Ipoh, Perak, this full-time position will see you contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the company's laboratory operations.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and maintaining laboratory equipment, calibration, glassware and supplies. Ensure laboratory is clean, neat and well organized.
• Conducting routine testing and analysis of samples according to established protocols. Ensure final product and process are specification compliance. Accountable in releasing production batch.
• Documenting test results and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with the implementation of quality control measures and ensure process Quality Control Point compliance
• Providing support to the R&D team as required
• Inspecting and checking of incoming raw materials to ensure specification compliance. Work with QA to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor
