Proficient in English and Cantonese (speaking, reading, writing). Strong interest in technology and troubleshooting. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn. Willing to work on rotational shift basis. Can relocate to George Town area. Training Provided Allowance Provided 5 Working Days EPF and SOSCO Annual leave and Medical leave

- Provide support on orders, deliveries, payments, product pre-orders, and technical issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, chat, and other channels.
- Troubleshoot smart devices, PCs, tablets, and mobile OS issues.
- Accurately record customer interactions in internal systems.
- Maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices.
