Customer Support role focusing on assisting customers with orders, deliveries, payments, product pre-orders, and technical issues. Provide excellent service via phone, chat, and other channels while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Provide support on orders, deliveries, payments, product pre-orders, and technical issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, chat, and other channels.
- Troubleshoot smart devices, PCs, tablets, and mobile OS issues.
- Accurately record customer interactions in internal systems.
- Maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline; fresh graduates welcome.Minimum 6 months customer support experience preferred.Proficient in English and Cantonese (speaking, reading, writing).Strong interest in technology and troubleshooting.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.Willing to work on rotational shift basis.Can relocate to George Town area.Job Benefits
