Senior Structural Revit Modeller
with over 5 years of hands-on experience in Structural Revit modelling.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of structural engineering principles, and a proactive approach to collaboration and problem-solving.
This role is critical in delivering high-quality BIM models that support design, coordination, and construction documentation across a variety of building and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage
detailed structural Revit models for buildings and infrastructure projects. Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, and other disciplines to ensure model accuracy and coordination. Interpret engineering sketches, drawings, and specifications to create precise 3D models and 2D documentation. Maintain model integrity and adhere to company BIM standards and project-specific requirements. Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings using Navisworks or similar tools. Assist in the maintenance of Revit families, templates, and libraries. Support digital delivery initiatives including automation, parametric modelling, and data integration. Here's what you'll need
Minimum 5 years of experience in structural modelling using Autodesk Revit. Strong understanding of structural engineering concepts including concrete, steel, and foundation systems. Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD; knowledge of Dynamo is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with local and international design codes and standards is advantageous. Experience working in a collaborative Common Data Environment (CDE) such as BIM360 / ACC or ProjectWise. Preferred Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, or related field. BIM certification or formal training in Revit and BIM tools. Experience in large-scale infrastructure or high-rise building projects.
