What You'll Do

Develop and execute total rewards strategies aligned with business objectives

Conduct market analysis and benchmarking studies

Design competitive salary structures and incentive programs

Manage comprehensive benefits packages and wellness programs

Lead annual compensation reviews and budget planning

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations

What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience in Total Rewards management

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS systems

Deep knowledge of Malaysian employment regulations

Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities

Excellent communication and presentation skills
