3 Positions available : 1 in Klang Valley, 1 in Penang, 1 in Melaka

Carlsberg is an internationally renowned company with a portfolio of winning brands. We are looking for Sales talents to join us across Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets / customers
Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets / customers, recommend win‑win solutions and build productive long lasting relationships
Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies
Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads
Work closely with Marketing to execute top‑notch promotions and activations
Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability
Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance

Requirements

At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment

Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field

Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best

Has a good understanding of different sales techniques

Strong communication, negotiation / influencing and interpersonal skills

Driven, outgoing and is a self‑starter

Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)

Must possess a valid full driving license. A Goods Driver’s License (GDL) is an added advantage

Mobile and must be prepared to be transferred

Job Details

Workplace : Klang Valley, Penang & Melaka, MY

Job type : Permanent

Part time / Full time : Full Time

Working Time : Monday - Thursday 8 : 15am - 5pm

Friday 8 : 15am - 4pm
