Overview
The Area Manager will be heavily involved in formulating strategies and implementing them in a given set of area territories. Core responsibilities include leading distributor’s sales teams and managing a network of dealers with the objective of winning market leadership and acquiring quality subscribers.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Planning & Execution – Distributor efficiency & Dealers’ development
- Distribution points expansion & healthy trade buffer stock holding
- Dealer’s Development & training – Product knowledge, selling skills & IT systems
- Formulate effective and efficient sales campaigns
- Compliance of trade visitation cycle
- Timely submission of management reports
- Network expansion planning and prioritization
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Business Administration, Marketing5-7 years of work experience and 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar industryProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointGood written, oral and interpersonal skillsGood research, analytical, planning and organizational skillsPersonal traits : Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and a team playerWhat’s next?
